Oriental filet steaks and cucumber
A tasty asian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, fresh ginger ((bag 150 g), peeled), Japanese soy sauce (bottle 250 ml), olive oil, sesame oil (bottle 250 ml), dark brown soft sugar, garlic (finely chopped), pork fillets à la minute (natural (300 g)), cucumbers (peeled) and sweet chilli sauce (bottle 250 ml).

Light the barbecue. Grate the ginger. Mix in a bowl the ginger, soy sauce, olive oil, sesame oil, caster sugar and garlic into a marinade. Allow the pork fillets to marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Cut the cucumbers in quarter lengthwise. Remove the seeds with a teaspoon and cut the flesh into tiny cubes. Mix with the chili sauce.

Grill the fillet steaks on the barbecue in 4 min. Brown and done. Turn halfway. Spoon the cucumber over the fillet strips and serve. Tasty with noodles or noodles.
