Mexican fish dish with salsa
A nice mexican recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, vine tomatoes, yellow peppers, green peppers, spring onions, fresh coriander (à 15 g), red kidney beans (400 g), cod fillet, lime, salt, (freshly ground) pepper, hot peppersauce (Casa Fiësta ) and oil to grease.

Preheat oven to 175 ° C or gas oven 3.

Wash tomatoes and cut into cubes.

Clean peppers and cut into cubes.
