Mexican fish dish with salsa


A nice mexican recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, vine tomatoes, yellow peppers, green peppers, spring onions, fresh coriander (à 15 g), red kidney beans (400 g), cod fillet, lime, salt, (freshly ground) pepper, hot peppersauce (Casa Fiësta ) and oil to grease.

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 175 ° C or gas oven 3.
  2. Wash tomatoes and cut into cubes.
  3. Clean peppers and cut into cubes.
  4. Cut the white part of spring onions, cut green into small rings.
  5. Coriander finely chop.
