Rub the meat with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and half of the garlic, salt and pepper.

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and fry the rest of the garlic and the onion 2-3 minutes. Add the peppers and mushrooms and fry for about 3 minutes.

Extinguish with the wine and add the tomatoes to juice, oregano and olives. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat the rest of the olive oil with the butter and fry the meat in 3-4 minutes per side rosé or 5-6 minutes per side for cooked meat.

Serve the meat with some of the sauce. Delicious with ciabatta bread, fries or pasta and broccoli.
