Chicken with broccoli and pumpkin seeds
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, brown rice, sunflower oil, fresh ginger root (finely chopped), light soy sauce, dark caster sugar, cinnamon, dry sherry, chicken breast, broccoli (in small florets), pumpkin seeds, carrot juice and lemon juice.

Rice according to the instructions for cooking.

Mix oil with ginger, soy sauce, caster sugar, cinnamon and sherry.

Bring soy mixture to the boil in a pan.

Put chicken fillets in a soy mixture and gently boil in 15 minutes, turning occasionally.

Meanwhile bring to the boil in large pan water.

In steam basket or in colander broccoli boil over boiling water in 8 min.

Sprinkle pumpkin seeds in dry frying pan and allow to cool.

Carrot, half of pumpkin seeds and lemon juice stirring through brown rice.

Remove chicken fillets from sauce and cut into slanted slices.

Season the sauce with (salt and) pepper.

Distribute rice and broccoli over four plates.
-
Chicken next to it and pour sauce over it.

Sprinkle leftover from pumpkin seeds..
