Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 3 romatomat
- 4 toe garlic
- 1 kg chicken legs without back
- 40 g unsalted butter at room temperature
- 60 g roasted almonds
- 40 g butter at room temperature
- 2 el raisins
- 1 mespoint ground cinnamon
- 1 tl dried oregano
- 1 chicken broth tablet
- 300 ml tap water
- 50 g chocolate extra pure 72%
- Tl ground chili pepper
- 30 g unsalted roasted almonds

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Cut the onion into 4 parts. Place the onion, tomatoes and unpeeled garlic cloves in the baking dish. Roast in the oven for about 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, divide the chicken legs into a drumstick and a thigh with a sharp knife.

Brush the chicken with the butter. Place in the other baking dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Put in the oven next to the vegetables. Fry in approx. 50 min.

Grind the almonds in the food processor.

Heat the butter in a pan. Fry the ground almonds and raisins for 3 minutes. Add the cinnamon and oregano.

Take the vegetables out of the oven. Allow to cool slightly and gently push the garlic out of the peel. Add with the vegetables to the almonds and raisins.

Add the bouillon tablet and the water and cook over a low heat for 20 minutes.

Cut the chocolate coarsely. Add to the sauce and let it melt. Season with hot pepper and salt.
