Chicken legs with chocolate, garlic, tomato, almonds, raisins and chili pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Cut the onion into 4 parts. Place the onion, tomatoes and unpeeled garlic cloves in the baking dish. Roast in the oven for about 30 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, divide the chicken legs into a drumstick and a thigh with a sharp knife.
  4. Brush the chicken with the butter. Place in the other baking dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Put in the oven next to the vegetables. Fry in approx. 50 min.
  5. Grind the almonds in the food processor.

  8. Add the bouillon tablet and the water and cook over a low heat for 20 minutes.
  9. Cut the chocolate coarsely. Add to the sauce and let it melt. Season with hot pepper and salt.
  10. Put the chicken in and garnish with the rest of the almonds. Bon appétit! .
