Directions

  1. Heat the stock with 1 liter of water, add the bouillon tablets and bring to the boil.
  2. Mix the mince with the herbs and roll small balls.
  3. Add the meatballs, potatoes and vegetables to the boiling broth and cook for about 15 minutes at medium height until everything is done.
  4. Stir in the celery through the soup.
