Finches with horseradish puree


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, crumbly potatoes (peeled and chopped), oil, finches, snow peas, red onion (finely chopped), butter, milk (lukewarm) and horseradish (pot a 140 g).

Directions

  1. Boil the potatoes in a bottom of water with salt in 20-25 minutes.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the croquettes in brown and cooked for 15 minutes; times they regularly.
  3. Cook the snow peas in 3 minutes al dente.
  4. Spoon the red onion with a tablespoon of butter through the warm snow peas and season with salt and (freshly ground) pepper.
  5. Drain the potatoes and grate them or take them through the puree cutter.
  6. Stir the milk, the horseradish and the rest of the butter through the mash.
  7. Season with salt and (freshly ground) pepper..
