Potato zucchini pancake with French cheese
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: onion, garlic, Port Salut red crust cheese 50, traditional olive oil and barbecue mini-ball.

Cut the onions into wedges and courgettes and garlic into slices. Cut the cheese into cubes and the green of the parsley fine.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the mini jars for 10 min.

Add the onions and courgettes and stir fry for 6 minutes until the courgette is al dente. Stir in the garlic and stir-fry for another 1 min.

Season with salt and pepper. Stir in the chunks of cheese and the parsley from the heat. Serve immediately.
