Chicken with chorizo and orange
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken, olive oil, paprika, onions (in rings), garlic (in slices), chorizo ((Spanish sausage, a 250 g), diced), roma tomatoes ((container 750 g) , in parts), potatoes ((pound bantam, 500 g), scrubbed), dry white wine, hands orange (scrubbed), flat parsley ((20 g) and only the leaves).

Sprinkle the chicken bolts with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the chicken in brown for 3 minutes. Add the paprika, the onion, garlic, chorizo, tomato, potatoes and wine. Cook with the lid on the pan over low heat 30 min.

Grate the orange zest of the orange. Cut the parsley finely and mix with the grater. Sprinkle over the chicken before serving. Tasty with a green salad of arugula and lamb's lettuce.
