Homemade hamburgers with onion, tomato and lean ground beef.

Roast the burger rolls with the cut side on the pan in a few minutes until light brown.

Knead the burgers of the ground beef with the water, some pepper and salt. Brush the burgers with the oil and grill them on each side for 6 minutes.

Cut the onion into rings, fry them with the oil and some salt. Roast them in a frying pan and lightly crispy in 15 minutes.

Cut the beef tomato into slices. Place the burgers with the slices of tomato, a few leaves of lettuce and the onions on the buns. Insert a stick.
