Ketjap chops with noodles and red onion


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, pork chops, red onions (in slices), hand oranges (scalded and sliced), sweet soy sauce, extra virgin olive oil with garlic and chilli (250 ml bottle), Chinese stir-fry mix (400 g) ), fresh coriander ((a 15 g) and finely chopped).

Directions

  1. Preheat the grill.
  2. In a bowl, chops, onion and orange are tossed with soy sauce.
  3. Pour 4 tbsp oil in frying pan and place under grill for 2 min.
  4. Return the contents of the dish to the roasting tin and roast the meat in 15 minutes until done until golden brown.
  5. Turn meat halfway, stir in onion and orange.
  6. Meanwhile boil cooking.
  7. Heat in wok rest of oil.
  8. Vegetable mix 5 min.
  9. Stir-fry.
  10. Create coriander through it.
  11. Divide the pork dish over plates.
  12. Create fruit and vegetables next to it..
