Chicken with crust in chinese cabbage
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, Chinese cabbage, chicken breasts, lemon juice, kofta (kebab herbs), fresh thyme leaves, coarse sea salt and flour.

Put the cabbage leaves in a sieve and pour them over with boiling water. Dab them dry. Rub the chicken with lemon juice, kebab herbs and thyme. Grab each chicken fillet in a cabbage leaf.

In a bowl, combine the sea salt and the flour and add 180 ml of water. Mix everything into a smooth dough. Keep chicken and dough in the refrigerator until use.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Dust the work surface with some flour and roll out the pieces of dough into elongated ones that are the same size. Place a piece of dough on the baking sheet. Place the chicken breasts close together on the dough. Brush the edges of the dough with water. Put the other piece on it and press the edges well.
