Stuffed courgettes with salmon
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, courgettes, red pepper, garlic, red salmon (a 213 g), olive oil, mashed potatoes (with creme fraiche and 177 g).

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Wash the courgettes, cut them in half and hollow them out with a sharp knife.

Clean pepper and finely chop.

Garlic peel and chop.

Drain the salmon, remove the skin and grits.

Fry 2 tbsp oil in frying pan and fry zucchini, pepper and garlic for 5 min.

Add salmon and season with salt and pepper.

Fill the courgettes with salmon mixture, put them in a baking dish, sprinkle with the rest of the oil and bake for 15 minutes in the middle of the oven.

Prepare the puree according to the instructions for use.
