Preheat the oven to 200ºC.

Heat the oil and fry the onion 2-3 minutes. Add the chicken strips and cook for 2-3 minutes. Spoon the vegetables through and stir fry for another 2-3 minutes. Mix in the beans and cumin and heat without cooking. Season with salt and pepper.

Divide the chicken mixture over the tortilla wraps. Roll them up and put the wraps side by side in the baking dish. Brush them with the crème fraîche and sprinkle with the cheese.

Place the wraps in the middle of the oven for about 20 minutes until golden brown. Serve the chicken wraps with the guacamole and taco sauce.
