Chickpea-giant bean salad
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: chickpeas (400 g), giant beans (425 g), lemon (scrubbed), olive oil, garlic (pressed), natural vinegar (yellow), sambal oelek, flat parsley (20 g) and fresh coriander ( 15 g).

Let the chickpeas and the giant beans drain in a colander. Rinse them under the tap and put them in a bowl. Grate the yellow skin of the lemon and squeeze out the fruit.

Mix the oil with the lemon zest, the garlic, the vinegar and the sambal. Add the lemon juice, pepper and salt to taste.

Slice the parsley and coriander and scoop with the dressing through the legumes. Let stand for 30 minutes. Tasty with grilled meat and baguette.
