Divide the broccoli into florets. Peel the stalk and cut into slices.

Put everything in a metal sieve or colander and hang it in a pan with a layer of boiling water. Put the lid on and steam the broccoli in 7 minutes until al dente.

Cut the ginger as finely as possible. Put together with the soy sauce and sambal in a saucepan. Heat 2 min.

Spread the broccoli over a flat dish and drizzle with the ginger-soy sauce.
