Lemongrass frogs with chicken and coriander

Make a marinade of the lime juice, Japanese soy sauce and sesame oil. Pour this over the chicken fillet and leave to marinate for an hour.

Cut 8 pieces of lemongrass in half lengthwise and sharpen the points with a knife.

Thread the pieces of chicken on the lemongrass frogs and grill them in the grill pan and cooked.

Sprinkle with the coriander and possibly with the roasted sesame seeds and chopped red pepper. Serve with lime wedges.
