Sicilian pesto
A tasty Italian recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: fish, pine nuts (bag of 65 g), garlic, anchovy fillets ((tin 46), finely chopped), fresh basil (a 15 g), raisins and olive oil.

Roast the pine nuts and put them with the garlic, the anchovy fillets, the basil (without the stem) and the raisins in the food processor.

Add the oil and turn it into a smooth pesto.

Allow the pesto to stand at room temperature for at least 30 minutes so that the taste can develop.

Delicious as a snack on a piece of toast or by the pasta..
