                                Remove the aubergine crown and cut the aubergines lengthwise into 8-10 thin slices.
 - 
                                Squeeze out the lemon. Mix the lemon juice with the oil. Add the dried oregano.
 - 
                                Brush the eggplant slices on both sides with this mixture.
 - 
                                Grill the aubergine on the braai approx. 3 minutes. Turn halfway. Lay on a scale.
 - 
                                Pick the leaves of the parsley and cut finely. Sprinkle over the eggplant. Drizzle with oil and season with salt and pepper.
