Fresh chickpea dip
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: chickpeas ((310 g), drained), lemon (scrubbed, rinded grated and fruit squeezed), coriander ((15 g), only the leaves), garlic, extra virgin olive oil and ground cumin ( djinten).

Puree the chickpeas with the lemon zest, coriander leaves, garlic, olive oil and cumin to a coarse puree with a hand blender.

Add the lemon juice and pepper and salt to taste.
