Directions

  1. Let the grilled zucchini and pepper mix drain. Remove the basil leaves from the twigs.
  2. Crumble the gorgonzola. Mix the vegetables on a large scale with the balsamic vinegar, gorgonzola and the basil.
  3. Season to taste with pepper and salt and sprinkle with the almonds.
