Grate the peel of 1 lemon.

Squeeze out the 2 lemons.

Heat 3 tablespoons of oil and fry the garlic with the curry powder.

Scoop the chickpeas through and allow to cool.

Mix the spring onion, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Preheat the oven grill.
