Indonesian fried noodles with bacon, leek and winter carrot.
Peel and chop the onion. Wash the leeks and cut into half rings. Wash the winter carrot and cut into thin half slices.
Heat a wok and pour in the oil. Fry the bacon for 5 minutes. Remove from the wok with a skimmer.
Add the onion, sambal and carrot and stir-fry 3 minutes.
Add the leek and stir fry for 3 minutes.
Put the bacon back in the wok and add the noodles. Season with the ketjapmarinadeen stir fry for another 2 minutes. Spread over the bowls.
