Korma meat with coriander rice
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, ham slices (about 350 g), onion, garlic, fresh coriander (15 g), (sunflower) oil, korma sauce (400 ml), basmati rice (pack a 400 g), peas ( freezer, 450 g), carrot julienne (grated carrot and 150 g).
Cut meat into cubes.
Peel and chop onion and garlic.
Coriander cleaning and chopping.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in pan and bake meat cubes for 1 min.
Add onion and garlic, fry for 3 minutes.
Add the sauce and simmer for 15 minutes with a lid on the pan.
Cook the rice according to the instructions for use.
Last 3 min.
Fry 1 tbsp oil in frying pan and bake carrot strips for 1 min.
Add rice with peas, half coriander, salt and pepper and fry for 3 minutes.
Prepare rice on four plates, create korma meat and sprinkle with leftover coriander..
