Chickpea-tuna salad
Salad with chickpeas, tuna, red onion, cherry tomatoes and parsley.

Drain the tuna and put in a bowl. Loosen the tuna with a fork. Let the chickpeas drain.

Chop the onion. Halve the cherry tomatoes and add to the tuna with the onion and chickpeas. Mix well.

Slice the leaves of the parsley. Season the salad with the vinegar, parsley and pepper and salt.
