A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: meat, olive oil, onion (chopped), shoarma strips, vegetable stock, tomato cubes (400 g), garlic (squeezed), chickpeas ((400 g), drained), fresh coriander ((a 15 g) and coarsely chopped).

Directions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a soup pan and fry the chopped onion 4 min.
  2. Add the shawarma strips.
  3. Bake for another 3 minutes.
  4. Add 1 liter of cold water, the bouillon tablet, tomatoes, garlic.
  5. Bring to the boil and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Add the chickpeas to the soup.
  7. Allow to heat for 10 minutes on low heat.
  8. Serve the soup with the coriander.
  9. Tasty with a roasted shawarma sandwich..
