Preheat the oven to 225 ° C.

Peel the potatoes. Clean the chicory, remove the hard core and halve in length. Cook the chicory for 4 minutes and drain in a colander.

Boil the potatoes in 20 minutes. Wrap the chicken fillet around the chicory and place in the baking dish.

Prepare the sauce with the milk according to the instructions on the package. Cut the gorgonzola into pieces and stir in the sauce.

Pour the sauce over the chicory. Place the dish in the middle of the oven and bake until golden brown in 15 minutes. Serve with the cooked potatoes.
