Carrot soup with chicken
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, sunflower oil, shallots (in rings), zucchini (in half slices), carrot juice (750 ml), chicken fillet (in strips), Chinese egg, fresh coriander (finely chopped) and rice cakes.

Oil in wok heating and fry shallots in it.

Add the zucchini to the shallots and stir-fry for 5 minutes.

Carrot juice in wokkenschenken and bring to the boil.

Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Add chicken fillet to carrot soup, reduce heat and let chicken cook gently.

Mix for 4 minutes in boiling water and stir in soup.

Sow the soup with coriander and serve with rice cakes..
