Mediterranean pan with chorizo
One-pot dish with chorizo, garlic, mixed-spice paste, Moroccan wok vegetable, lemon, parsley and white beans in tomato sauce.

Remove the skin from the sausage and cut into slices. Heat a skillet without oil or butter and fry the chorizo for 5 minutes on medium heat.

In the meantime, finely chop the garlic and parsley. Add the garlic and the flavored pot to the chorizo and fruit for 1 min.

Add the wok vegetable and cook for 4 minutes on a high heat.

Meanwhile, clean the lemon. Grate the yellow skin and cut the fruit into pieces.

Add the white beans in tomato sauce and the lemon zest to the vegetables and heat for 3 minutes.

Sprinkle with the parsley and garnish with the lemon wedges.
