Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Drain and let cool.

Wash the leek and cut into rings. Cut the onions. Cut the winter carrot into cubes.

Heat the oil in a stir frying pan the leek and onion 2 min. Add the winter carrots and cook for another 4 min.

Add the bamboo and water and cook for 4 minutes.

Cut the smoked sausage into slices.

Add the rice and smoked sausage and stir-fry 2 minutes.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the eggs.

Divide the nasi herbs over the plates and place an egg on each portion.
