Chicory in puff pastry with spicy cheese
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: chicory, puff pastry (frozen), sundried tomatoes on oil, very finely chopped, freshly ground Zaanlander cheese spicy (deli-department), tomatoes and balsamic dressing.

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.

Clean chicory, remove core and cook for 5 minutes.

Let the puff pastry thaw.

Let the chicory drain thoroughly and pat dry.

Place the praise on puff pastry and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Finely chopped tomatoes and 3/4 part of cheese on praise.

Fold up the puff pastry and press well with a fork.

Puff pastry packs with cheese leftovers and bake in the middle of the oven in approx.

20 minutes until tender and golden brown.

Meanwhile, cut tomatoes into slices and mix with dressing.

Serve chicory packages with tomato salad..
