Tuna steak with spicy avocado salad
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, tuna steak (frozen, a 2 pieces), red pepper (bag of 2 pieces), ginger syrup (Australian (bottle of a 250 ml)), orange juice (freshly squeezed), sunflower oil, cucumber, avocados (rye) ), garden peas (extra fine (frozen, a 450 g)), wok noodles (248 g) and wok sauce (garlic coriander (bottle a 175 ml)).

Melt tuna steaks.

Remove seed list of red pepper and cut pepper.

Dressing beats of ginger syrup, orange juice, 2 tbsp oil and red pepper.

Cucumber wash, remove ends and cut rest into cubes.

Peel avocados, remove the kernel and cut into cubes.

Peas with a little water in a microwave for about 2-3 minutes.

Heat and rinse with cold water.

Add vegetables, pour over dressing and place them until use.

Prepare noodles according to directions on packaging.

Combine the stir-fry sauce with noodles.

Heat 2 tbsp oil and fry short tuna.

Sprinkle with salt and freshly ground pepper.

Distribute noodles with sauce on plates, add tuna and serve salad next to it..
