Chicory stew with pear
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes (slightly crumbly), chicory, olive oil, cinnamon, ribs, hand pears ((eg conference), peeled) and dried thyme.

Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces. Boil in water with salt in 20 min. Until done. Cut the underside of the chicory and cut in half lengthwise. Remove the hard core and cut into strips.

Mix 2 tbsp oil, the cinnamon and pepper and salt to taste. Brush the pork chops and fry in the grill pan for 6 minutes until done. Turn halfway.

Cut the pear into quarters, remove the core and cut the quarters into slices. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a stirring stir fry the chicory 1 min. Add the pear and thyme to the chicory and cook for 1 min.

Drain the potatoes and collect a cup of liquid. Stamp them with a little bit of cooking liquid. Scoop the mixture through and season with salt and pepper. Serve with the pork chops.
