Chicory with cream sauce and grilled salmon
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, potatoes, fresh chives (a 25 g), chicory, cream sauce (for vegetables and pasta (44 g)), salmon nuts (a 250 g) and raw ham.

Peel potatoes, wash, cut into pieces and cook in 20 minutes.

Grind chives.

Clean chicory, remove hard core, halve in length and boil in 10 min.

Prepare the sauce according to the instructions for use and stir in the chives.

Rub salmon with salt and pepper and fry in grilling pan for 8 minutes or bake in frying pan halfway.

Let the chicory drain.

Raw ham to wrap chicory.

Distribute chicory on four plates.

Serve with salmon, sauce and potatoes..
