Chili con carne with mango, minced meat, beans and paprika.

Cut the flesh of the mango along the kernel. Peel the pieces and cut the flesh into cubes.

Chop the onion and finely chop the garlic. Clean the peppers and cut into strips.

Heat the oil in a frying pan or stir-fry stir - fry in the chopped flour and brown. Add the onion, garlic, paprika and tomato paste and stir-fry 5 minutes.

Add the kidney beans with liquid and bring it to the boil while stirring. Let the chili con carne simmer for 5 minutes.

Spoon the mango pieces through the last minute. Serve the chili con carne in deep plates.
