Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and fry the sausages in brown. Take them out of the pan and fry the onions for about 5 minutes in the shortening.

Fry the peppers, garlic, red pepper and spices for a few minutes.

Add the tomato cubes and fry them gently in a few minutes.

Add the stock and kidney beans and stir well. Put the sausages back in the pan and simmer with the lid on the pan for about 10 minutes at medium height.

Brush the tortillas on both sides with a little oil and fry them lightly brown and crispy in a frying pan on both sides.

Put them on plates and put some chili and sausage on them. Sprinkle with the coriander and add a spoonful of sour cream.
