Chicken fillet with stir-fried cabbage
Stir-fried cabbage with chicken breast, served with rice and apple-apricot compote.

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Remove the outer leaves of the pointed cabbage, cut the coals with a large knife lengthwise into 4 pieces. Cut the quarters cabbage into broad strips.

Heat in a stirring oil and stir fry the cabbage on medium heat for 10 minutes. Season with cumin, pepper and salt.

Meanwhile, sprinkle the chicken fillet with salt and pepper. Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken breast in approx. 5 min. Until golden brown and done.

Divide the rice and cabbage on the plates. Remove the chicken fillet from the pan, cut into slanted slices and place on the plates. Scoop the compote next to it.
