Chili stew
A nice mexican recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, ribs ((beef), in small blocks), ground cumin (djinten), chilli powder (ground), paprika powder (mild), sunflower oil, onion (chopped), red pepper (small cut), garlic (chopped), sugo pasta sauce spicy (390 g), kidney beans (a 400 g) and rolls (Parisiennes (bag 2 pieces)).

Sprinkle the meat with the cumin seeds, the chili powder, the paprika powder and salt to taste.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and brown the meat in 5 minutes.

Add the onion and cook for another 5 minutes.

Add the pepper and the garlic and cook for another 1 min.

Add the sugo and add 100 ml water.

Let it simmer for 2 hours, on very low heat with the lid on the pan.

Stir occasionally.

Put the beans in a sieve and rinse them.

Drain and put them in the stew.

Cook for 30 minutes and season with salt and pepper.

Meanwhile, bake the Parisiennes according to the instructions on the package.
