Thai stir fry with beef strips and leak
A nice thai recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, onions (in half segments), oil, oriental wok vegetables (400 g), leeks (in slanted rings), noodles (box a 500 g), beef strips natural (310 g), flour and wok sauce (ginger and garlic (bottle a 200 ml)).

Stir fry in a stirring onion in 2 tbsp oil glassy, stir in the oriental wok vegetables and leeks and stir fry for 5 minutes. Remove the vegetables from the pan. Cook the mummy according to the instructions on the package.

Spoon the beef strips with the flour and some salt and pepper. Heat the rest of the oil in the stir frying pan over high heat the beef strips in about 3 minutes brown. Spoon the fried vegetables and the ginger and garlic sauce and heat the whole while stirring over high heat.

Divide the noodles over 4 plates and put the pre-mix on them.
