Chilibones with chicken and corn
A nice mexican recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken fillet ((380 g), in pieces), oil, onions (in parts), leeks (in rings), red peppers (chopped), chilibones (a 400 g), crispy corn kernels ( (300 g) and drained).

Dab the chicken dry with kitchen paper. Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the chicken over a high heat in about 6 minutes until golden brown. Add the onions, leeks and peppers and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add the chillies with moisture and the drained maize kernels and bring to the boil while stirring. Put the lid on the pan and fry the dish on low heat for about 3 minutes.

Serve the dish warm.
