Thai curry balls with peanut sauce

A nice thai recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, lime, mince (half-to-half), Thai green curry paste, egg whites, sunflower oil, coconut milk, peanut butter, soy sauce and lemongrass (each cut into 4 long blades or 12 satay sticks).

Directions

  1. Grate the green skin thinly from the lime and squeeze out the fruit. Knead the ground beef with the grated lime zest, 1 tablespoon curry paste, the proteins and salt to taste. Turn 24 minced balls from the minced meat. Stick the balls on the sprig lemongrass or sticks.
  2. Heat the grill pan well. Brush the minced beef with 1 tablespoon of oil and grill the skewers over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
  3. Heat the ½ tbsp oil for the sauce and the remaining curry paste for 1 minute. Add the coconut milk, peanut butter and soy sauce and bring the sauce to the boil while stirring. Season with salt and a few drops of lime juice.
  4. Serve the sauce with the skewers. Delicious with pandan rice, leaves of coriander and Thai wok vegetables.
