Chinese cabbage rolls with radish and ham

Finely chop the cress.

Cut the radishes into slices and cut the slices into matched strips.

Also cut the ham into thin strips.
-
Spread the cabbage leaves and cut the broad vein away.

Brush the leaves in the middle with mayonnaise and spread the cress, radish and ham over it.

Fold the side of the cabbage leaves over the filling and roll the leaves firmly around the filling and tie together with a rolled cord.

Put the Chinese cabbage rolls on the plates.
