Directions

  1. Cook the noodles al dente according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the chicken fillet into strips. Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the chicken fillet 3 min. Add the wok vegetable and oyster sauce and cook for another 5 minutes.
  3. Add the noodles to the vegetables and heat for another 2 minutes. Stir well.
  4. Divide the plates and sprinkle with the fried onions.
