Chinese wok dish with snow peas
A nice Chinese recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, Chinese egg, stir-fry oil, garlic (chopped), snow peas (cleaned), carrots (in slanted slices), yellow bell pepper (in strips), eggs, bean sprouts, surimi ((fish), in pieces ), oyster sauce and fish sauce.
