A fish burger with potatoes and Mediterranean vegetables, such as zucchini, spinach, arugula, fennel, olives and white cheese.

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  2. Peel the potatoes, cut into 2 cm pieces and spread over a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
  3. Sprinkle with the thyme, drizzle with oil and sprinkle with pepper and salt. Roast about 30 minutes in the middle of the oven.
  4. After 15 minutes, remove from the oven, shovel and put the burgers next to it.
  5. Meanwhile, wash the courgettes and cut into 2 cm segments. Heat the oil and fry the zucchini, pepper and salt for 5 minutes on a high heat.
  6. Add the wild spinach with rocket and fennel and cook for 5 minutes. Change regularly. Let the olive slices drain.
  7. Remove the potatoes and burgers from the oven and spread over the plates.
