Ingredients
Directions
-
Roast the sesame seed for 3 minutes in a frying pan without oil or butter until golden brown. Let cool on a plate.
-
Hang a metal colander in a pan with a low boiling water. Make sure the colander does not touch the water.
-
Put the asparagus broccoli in the colander and drizzle with the sesame oil. Place a lid on the colander and steam the asparagus broccoli for 8 minutes.
-
Meanwhile, bring a pot of water, garlic, ginger, sambal and possibly salt to the boil.
-
Let the flavors on low heat for 5 minutes in the water.
-
Meanwhile, halve the chicken breasts in the length, so that you have the same fillets.
-
Poach the chicken in 10 minutes undercooked in the stock. Make sure the stock remains on the boil but does not boil.
-
Meanwhile, make a dressing of the soy sauce, rice vinegar and sesame oil.
-
Drizzle the asparagus broccoli with the dressing and the sesame seed. Serve with the poached chicken, a little cooking liquid and the sambal on it.
