Bring the potatoes and kale in low water with salt to taste to boil and simmer for about 20 minutes. Drain the potatoes.

Heat the butter in the frying pan and fry the balls in about 5 min. Around golden brown.

Add the soy sauce, sambal and the water and cook for 1 min.

Mash the potatoes and kale with the butter, milk, sambal and salt to taste.

Stir the onions through the stew.

Put the stew on the plates and spread the balls with gravy and the onions.
