Marinated tuna steaks


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, tuna steaks (a ca. 120 g), teriyaki marinade (bottle a 250 ml), oranges, ready-to-eat spinach (300 g), root rye (150 g), sesame seeds (bag a 125 g), sesame oil and melon (250 g).

Directions

  1. Mix tuna steaks with marinade and leave them covered for at least 10 min.
  2. Squeeze half orange.
  3. Rest of oranges thick-peeling on white fleece.
  4. Cut the flesh into pieces.
  5. Mix spinach with carrot grater, orange pieces and sesame seeds.
  6. Dressing of oil, orange juice, and salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Prepare Mihoen according to instructions.
  8. Heat oil in (grill) pan.
  9. Tuna steaks in 4 min.
  10. From outside brown and inside rosé bake.
  11. Sprinkle the tuna with pepper.
  12. Dressing with salad mix.
  13. Spread salad over four plates.
  14. Mihoen on salad.
  15. Place tuna on mihoennestjes..
