Spaghetti with onion-anchovy sauce
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, garlic, red onions, spaghetti, anchovy fillets in olive oil (à 46 g), fresh parsley (à 30 g), dry white wine and capers.

Garlic and onions peel and chop.

Cook spaghetti according to instructions.

Anchovies drain and collect oil.

Cut anchovies into pieces.

Heat olive oil (from cans) in frying pan and stir in anchovies.

Add onions and garlic and cook on low heat for about 15 minutes, stirring regularly.

Chop minced parsley.

Add wine and capers to onion mixture and heat well.

Season with salt and pepper.

Spaghetti with sauce and garnish with parsley.
