Omelette with black pudding


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, fry sausage (packaged refrigerated display case), butter or margarine, chives, eggs, whipped cream, salt and (freshly ground) pepper.

Directions

  1. Cut sausage into dots.
  2. Heat butter in large frying pan with non-stick coating.
  3. Sausage for about 5 minutes baking.
  4. Grind chives.
  5. In a bowl, beat eggs with cream, salt, pepper and chives.
  6. Add egg mixture to sausage in a pan and allow to coagulate over about 15 minutes on medium heat.
  7. Let omelet from pan to scale and cut into quarters.
  8. Serve with lettuce and toasted bread with butter..
